      新桐籽己上市，桐油行业专家们有必要讨论新桐籽桐油行情。
      首先应该感谢桐油网为全国桐油企业提供的贵阳会议，此会议我也报了名并邀请几位人仕，只因特殊情况没有去成。我在网上看了会议上专家们的发言深受感动。我1998年购电脑上网时很少查到相关的桐油信息，就全国最大的油脂化工网上也是空白，现发展到每年有会议，每天有论谈，时时有信息，广西桐油网辛苦功高。为了支持桐油网壮大发展，为了桐油行业兴旺发达，本人对今年的新桐籽桐油行情发表一些意见。
   一过去情况简述：（1）2005年至2006年上半年全国各地桐油成本价超过8000元/吨的生产企业亏损已成定局，记得南宁会议上有专家已提示大家价格要回归到8000元底部，而大多数都因15000元/吨以上的价格冲昏了头，心里防线定在10000元/吨，结果大家都亏，后来击破8000元/吨后大家都不去过问，结果让那些事先有准备的多方在6800至7000元/吨的价位防守成功。（2）2005年的旧桐油一部大企业是为了保证客户供应而保持一定存货，而大部分都是因成本价9000元/吨以上不愿亏损而存货。九仟圆的成本价加税叁佰元加包装肆佰圆也就是九仟柒佰元，为什么到新桐籽上市前凡走不出这个价格呢？我看主要凡是供求关系，人民币升值出口快速减少，前几年因电子行业兴旺提价进购桐油迫使一般用油行业停产停用或改变配方，请不要忘记原来电子行业用油量很少时期基本上是一般行业每年将油亳光。等等一切大家很清楚。（3）新桐籽各地产量据有关信息是南减北增，为此我去了南面一次看到山上的桐籽结的凡可以。又因四川等地干旱减产之言又有干桐湿木之说。按实际情况，全国从今年起只要维持在每吨桐油一万元吨以下的市场价格，桐油每年都会减产，（桐山不会增加，农户不去管理，无利企业无政府及银行支持，使企业自生自灭，此情况从2005年已开始，没有三年没有希望），而需求市场也在同时减少，大有超过桐籽减产速度。
二  个人看法：（1）2006年至2007年是桐油调整巩底的一年，也是整个行业比较难做的一年。首先因价格低桐籽难以收起来，形成相持市场，就是生产企业想起动市场，也不可能象去年那样以1.2至1.3元/市斤的桐籽收购价格去起动市场，1元的收购价市场风险就很大了。（2）资金短缺，生产的桐油不论价格高低送货上门风险加大。据了解各地2005年生产企业及经销商桐油货款一时难以收回的数额很大，特别是生产企业最多，预计2006年至2007年会继续扩大。（3）一部生产企业已在2005至2006降价调整中无力起动生产，一部分转产。一些经销商因无利可投退出市场，一些经销商因资金紧张而力不从心，等等一切更进一步加大了桐油市场的资金困难。
   三对策：
   1：生产企业要稳住收购价格向农户做好宣传，要让籽商和农户清楚市场行，一个市场的调整不是几个月的事情，一般需要2至3年，特别是桐油市场，因桐油是工业用油不受国家经济调空，价格升上天降下地都不会受到调控，因此桐油只能随工业景气度及市场需求而走，任何抵抗都是无用的。你认为今天的价格低它明天更低，你不管理桐树或把树砍掉，等你砍掉后它的价格就涨了，野生植物也有市场回归调整期，何况是大宗人工植物呢？
   2：生产企业将桐油成本价调到7000元/吨，加包400元加税费300元加至销方运费300元合计8000元/吨，我看对方8500至8800元接收应该问题不大，经销商销给大用户9300元/吨，小用户9500元/吨以上应该没有问题，这样大家都有利可投，并可以此价格吸引一般用油企业加大用量。这样虽然对籽农的收入有短期影响而从长期来看可进一步稳定籽农的收益。当然市场谁都说不准，价格以7000圆为基础下调1000元上升1000都是正常现象。
   3：在2006上半年成本价9000元下降到8000元时本人就在论谈中讲过，“在市场向下调整阶段今日的最低价也是明天的最高价，大家都把自已的钱看珍贵一点”。今天我又重升一句，人民币是个好东西每天都在升值，各位老板们好好守住，在经营中尽量把利润空间看大一点，不要以争夺市场分额而不计成本，不要当商场上的英雄。

怎样去除人身体内的湿气？

人体的病来源于身体内的湿气

      一、湿气--万恶之邪
      现在人，吃肉吃得太多，吃的食物里有污染，运动量少，身体阴盛阳虚，湿邪内郁，所以大便无法正常。为什么成型的大便很少呢？中医里讲，脾虚则便溏，中国人本应以五谷杂粮为食，现在以肉食为主了,Franklin & Marshall Pantalon Femme，很多人一天不吃肉就觉得很亏，长期这样，伤害的是脾胃,Franklin & Marshall Dress Femme，脾是运化水湿的，脾受到伤害，水湿不能完全运化，就在身体内堆积。所以，大便不成形意味着脾虚，也意味着体内有湿气。
      在致病的风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火这“六淫邪气”中，中医最怕湿邪。
      湿是最容易渗透的。湿邪从来不孤军奋战，总是要与别的邪气狼狈为奸。湿气遇寒则成为寒湿，这就好比冬天的时候，如果气候干燥，不管怎么冷，人都还是能接受的,Franklin & Marshall Blouson，但如果湿气重，人就很难受了。南方的冬天比北方的冬天更令人难受，就是因为南方湿气比较重，寒湿袭人。湿气遇热则成为湿热，这就好比夏天的桑拿天，有热又湿，让人喘不过气来，明显不如烈日当空、气候干燥的时候来得痛快。湿气遇风则成为风湿，驱风很容易，但一旦成了风湿，就往往是慢性疾病，一时半会儿治不好了。湿气在皮下，就形成肥胖，也是不好处理的健康问题……
      为什么现代人的病那么复杂，那么难治？因为他们体内有湿，体外的邪气总是和体内的湿气里应外合，纠缠不清！以前仅仅盛行于我国西南的川菜，现在风行全国？就是因为川味是辛辣的，以前只有生活在湿邪比较重的西南一带人需要用它来化解体内的湿气，现在，全国人体内都有湿气了，都需要辛辣来化解，于是大家本能地爱上了川菜。

      二、判断湿气的方法
      有病的人体内，是顽固的湿邪；貌似健康的人体内，也有湿邪埋伏在那里伺机行事。那么，怎么能判断自己体内是不是有湿呢？
      1、看大便：
   什么样的大便才是正常的呢？“金黄色的，圆柱体；香蕉形的，很通畅”。
（1）如果大便不成形，长期便溏，必然体内有湿。
（2）如果大便成形，但大便完了之后总会有一些粘在马桶上，很难冲下去，这也是体内有湿的一种表现，因为湿气有黏腻的特点。
（3）如果不便于观察马桶，也可以观察手纸。大便正常的话，一张手纸就擦干净了。但体内有湿的人，一张手纸是不够用的，得三到五张才能擦干净。
（4）如果有便秘，并且解出来的大便不成形，那说明体内的湿气已经很重很重了，湿气粘腻性让大便粘在肠子上，被肠子吸收，而不让它排出体外。这样，粪毒入血，百病蜂起，而一般的医生往往就病论病，而不明白病根在于体内的湿气，胡乱治疗，这是更可怕的事情。
      2、看起床的状态：
      有的人，每天早上七点该起床的时候还觉得很困，觉得头上有种东西再裹着，让人打不起精神，或是觉得身上有种东西在包着，让人懒得动弹，那么，不用看舌头，也不用看大便，也能判断他体内湿气很重。中医里讲“湿重如裹”，这种被包裹着的感觉就是身体对湿气的感受，好像穿着一件洗过没干的衬衫似的那么别扭。

      三、排除体内湿气的方法
      湿邪是现代人健康的克星，是绝大多数疑难杂症和慢性病的源头或帮凶。只要湿邪少了，一切所谓的现代病都会远离我们，一切恶心、慢性的疾病也会失去存在的倚仗。如何对付湿邪，祛除湿邪呢？
      1、喝薏米红小豆粥（用豆浆机做）：
      薏米，在中药里称“薏苡仁”，《神农本草经》将其列为上品，它可以治湿痹，利肠胃，消水肿，健脾益胃，久服轻身益气。
      赤小豆，是红色的，红色入心，因此它还能补心养血，古籍里记载它“久服令人瘦”，就是说经常吃赤小豆还有减肥的作用。也有明显的利水、消肿、健脾胃之功效。现代人精神压力大，心气虚；饮食不节，运动量少，脾虚湿盛。既要去湿，又要补心，还要健脾胃，非薏米和赤小豆莫属。将其熬成粥，意在使其有效成分充分为人体吸收，同时不给脾胃造成多大负担。夏天正好是暑气连天的时候，内湿外也湿，用这两味药正好能起到一个养血、祛湿的作用。
      关于薏米和赤小豆的“消肿”作用，也很有意思。我们千万不要以为肿就是水肿。周围十个里面起码有五六个身体发福，这也是肿，叫做体态臃肿。在中医看来，肥胖也好，水肿也好，都意味着体内有湿，水液不能随气血流动，滞留在体细胞之间，使人体迅速膨胀起来。水肿如此，肥胖也是如此，只不过是程度有深浅而已。去湿性极强的药物或食物能祛除这些滞留在人体的水液，也就能消肿。所以，治疗水肿必用赤小豆，而实践证明，薏米赤小豆粥具有良好的减肥功效，既能减肥，又不伤身体。尤其是对于中老年肥胖，效果尤其好。
      经常有人自作聪明：“我在熬薏米赤小豆粥的时候，加了一小把大米，结果粥就熬稠了，味道那叫一个美啊！”
      我说：“千万不能加大米进去！”为什么？因为大米长在水里，含有湿气，湿性粘稠，所以，大米一熬就稠了。赤小豆和薏米都是去湿的，本身不含湿，所以它们怎么熬都不稠，汤很清。中医恰恰是利用了它这种清的性质，来把人体的湿给除掉。一旦加进去大米，就等于加进去了湿气，所以整个粥都稠了。味道虽然更好了，但对于养生来说并非好事，就因为那一把大米，所有的赤小豆、薏米就都白费了，功效全无。
      是不是所有人都能喝薏米赤小豆汤，有禁忌吗？其实，这个汤是养生佳品，没有什么副作用，但针对不同的人，则可以适当地做一些加减法。
      有的人体质偏寒，里面可以加一点温补的食物，像桂圆、大枣都可以；有的人失眠，体内也有明显湿腻的感觉，那就加一些莲子、百合；如果女性朋友痛经，可以把薏米去掉，熬点赤小豆汤，再加上一些姜片、大枣、红糖，喝下去暖暖小腹，也可以缓解疼痛。关节疼痛的，加一些生白芍、生甘草，酸甘化阴养血除痹。
      平日思虑伤神、劳心过度而运动量少的人，往往脸上没有血色，精神也不够充沛，甚至心悸、贪睡，感觉头重如裹，心中空虚。这是体内有湿加上心气不足的表现，可以在薏米赤小豆汤中加一些桂圆同煮。桂圆甘温，能开胃健脾、安神补血，能振奋心阳、温补心气，使人精神饱满、中气十足。而且，单纯的薏米赤小豆汤味道很一般，加上桂圆后，就变甜了,Franklin & Marshall Sweat，淡淡的甜味，它不仅驱散我们体内的湿气，而且给我们的心带来生机与温暖。我们就叫它薏米赤小豆桂圆粥吧，它特别适合强劳力劳动者，也很适合中老年人。
      年轻人容易出现烦躁失眠，或者脸上起红疹、痘痘，这都是上焦心肺火旺、湿热内扰所致，用薏米赤小豆汤洗脸有奇效，或在薏米赤小豆汤中加上百合与莲子同煮饮用。百合能润肺、养颜，又能清心火、安心神。莲兹最能养心、清心火，同时又能健脾、补肾。当然，如果感觉汤没有什么味道，还可以加点冰糖。
      如果着凉感冒了，或是体内有寒，胃中寒痛，食欲不佳，可在薏米赤小豆汤中加几片生姜。生姜性温，能温中祛寒，健脾和胃。注意，生姜不可多放，多放就使粥变得辛辣了。如果想在汤里加点调味品，最好放红糖，红糖是性温的。需要注意的是，妇女产后保养时，喝赤小豆薏米汤要去掉薏米，可在其中加点大枣，大枣对温中、健脾、养血是非常适宜的。
      肾虚的人，可在薏米赤小豆汤中加一些黑豆。因为黑色入肾，豆的形状也跟肾十分相似，以形补形，是补肾的佳品。
      现在人们常说的脚气病，是典型的湿热下注。可在薏米赤小豆汤中加点碎黄豆，用熬出来的汤泡脚，这是治脚气的一个小秘方。
      如果咳嗽，还可以把生梨去皮去核切成1～2厘米见方的小块儿，加入薏米赤小豆汤中同煮，可以润肺、化痰、止咳。
      学会薏米赤小豆汤的加减变化，使用得当可以对生活中大部分常见病起到很好的治疗效果。
      2、运动排汗平衡荷尔蒙祛湿：
      运动出汗是很好的去湿气；特别是夏天不要开空调、风扇，身体里面的汗一定要出来，否则你的湿气太重，到了冬天肯定会得病的。
      每天坚持适量的运动，对身体是非常有益的。运动可以纾解压力、活络身体器官运作，加速湿气排出体外。
      现代人动脑多、体力消耗少，加上长期待在密闭空调内，很少流汗，身体调控湿度的能力变差。试试看跑步、健走、游泳、瑜珈、太极等任何「有点喘、会流汗」的运动,franklin marshall，有助活化气血循环，增加水分代谢。
      3、用艾草：药店有卖的，点燃后在关元穴烤即可。
      4、少盐，帮助肾排水
      5、适当午睡
      6、戒烟戒酒
      7、早上吃上三片姜
      8、饮食清淡适量
      肠胃系统攸关营养及水分代谢，最好的方式就是适量、均衡饮食。
      酒、牛奶、肥甘厚味等油腻食物不易消化，容易造成肠胃闷胀、发炎。甜食油炸品会让身体产生过氧化物，加重发炎反应。
      中医认为生冷食物、冰品或凉性蔬果，会让肠胃消化吸收功能停滞，不易无限量食用。如生菜沙拉、西瓜、大白菜、苦瓜等，最好在烹调时加入葱、姜，降低蔬菜寒凉性质。
      9、避环境的湿
      日常生活最好减少暴露在潮湿环境中。尤其对湿气敏感的人，更应留心下列事项：
      不要直接睡地板。空气中水分会下降且地板湿气重，容易入侵体内造成四肢酸痛。最好睡在与地板有一定距离的床上。潮湿下雨天减少外出。
      不要穿潮湿未干的衣服，水分摄取要适量。
