一楼说的这种混合物不是用磷酸和木焦油混和后得到的物料，而是在内热式转炉生产磷酸炭的时候烟道尾气经过降温、沉降、水洗得到的含有磷酸、木焦油、木醋液、水的黑糊糊的东西，对于这个物料，要求能回收里面的磷酸，最好能合理的处理剩余的木焦油和木醋液，这个不能直接排放的，目前这个问题其实是很麻烦的一个问题，希望有经验的老师们说说处理的办法或思路。作者: hfc1943 时间: 2007-10-10 15:35
如果按3楼所说，那这种回收液实际上各种成分是难以分离的，得换一种思路。 8 ^" ?3 s5 L4 n& `% B 1、内热式转炉优点很多，但活化剂被气流带走量大和排气污染这两个问题不易解决。当前废气处理的方法，通常是在填料塔中用水喷淋吸收，得到的回收液很脏，磷酸的浓度却不高，而且液体量很大，不但设备的投资大，运行费用也不小，而且处理后的气体还是不易达到排放标准。在环保要求高的地方，例如上海、杭州、广州、烟台等地都早已被淘汰。也正是从这个问题着眼，本人觉得还是外热式转炉较合适。 " I K( g$ I# t9 Q) F8 t3 R 2、不过，如果要处理这回收液，消除其污染并将其中磷酸再利用，还是有办法的。本人作过实验室试验，估计在生产上也可行。需专门加工一套设备，而且要消耗较多的能源。作者: rdcai 时间: 2009-5-23 10:36
