When hydroxycitronellal is synthesized by the method which diethanolamine is used for protecting aldehyde. . }5 c, g% F5 |- _引言 $ k! d6 L7 E A$ n8 V & B0 Q9 | H5 K4 F* l b 羟基香茅醛(Hydroxycitronellal)自1908年被芬美意(Firmenich S.A.)公司以商品名“Cyclosia base”推出后获得了极大成功,至今仍是为数不多的大宗香料化学品之一。其化学名为7-羟基-3,7-二甲基辛醛(7-Hydroxy-3,7-dimethyl octanal);CAS 107-75-5;分子式C10H20O;结构式如右。至今尚未有存在自然界的报导。但国际上生产厂商较多,故名称最少有30个以上。( n4 t6 u" k3 {
